米蘭餐盒的便當分為一般的水煮餐盒(NT$120)、無澱粉的天使餐盒(NT$120)、加量的男子漢餐盒(NT$155),3種;另有飲品、湯品、配料...等餐點可加購。 餐盒建議要先預購,現場買要碰運氣了,不一定買的到。 預購分為單日、包週(5天)、包月,其中,包週、包月的價格會比較便宜;預購流程稍嫌麻煩,須先加入會員,然後在指定時間內預購(以包週為例,須在週二~週日晚上8點前訂購下週[週日接下來的週一~週五]的餐點)。▼菜單-菜單每週都不一樣,請上官網查詢。

水煮餐盒(原價NT$120/個)
我這次是購買包週的水煮餐盒。 每個水煮餐盒熱量約在350大卡~600大卡之間,含:3份川燙無調味的蔬食、1個拳頭大的動物性蛋白質或五辛鍋邊素的野菇主食、 1個拳頭大的澱粉、0.5份的安心雞蛋或植物性蛋白質。▼外帶餐盒-餐盒是塑膠餐盒。 雖然俯視看起來份量很少,但有餐盒的縱深夠深,實際份量是沒這麼少的。

總評
米蘭餐盒很厲害的地方是可以用少油、少鹽的方式模擬出傳統高熱量的調味;雖然,口味沒辦法像真實調味那麼香、那麼好吃,但是和無味的水煮餐一比,簡直是天堂、地獄之分啊! 遑論他們還每週更新菜單,避免大家吃膩呢![本系列文章:竹科附近中高價位便當系列]
