雅室服務人員的服裝是傳統西餐廳黑白相間的制服,態度熱忱且帶有溫度,給人賓至如歸的感覺。 餐廳以牛排、龍蝦聞名,一進門後馬上會看到一個大大的龍蝦招牌和一缸活龍蝦水族箱。

牛排和龍蝦是雅室的兩大招牌料理。 牛排都是經過濕式熟成(靜置發酵)處理,肉質較為軟嫩、多汁,而且更具風味;龍蝦是來自加拿大的龍蝦,重量約1.5磅(約680克),據說要等7年才可長到如此大小。 兩者的價位大都在1000元以上。
我們這次吃的是商務超值午餐,價格較為親民,不過限平日中午供應。

▼舒肥美國牛小排8oz-熟成後的牛小排先經過舒肥烹調,再煎至7分熟。 肉無筋,十分軟嫩多汁,表皮微焦卻不會燙口,好吃!
註:
舒肥牛排(Sous Vide)料理法是先將牛肉經過長時間真空、低溫的烹調之後,再用高溫煎烤。 這種烹調法能使牛排均勻受熱並且保持水分,因此肉質會呈現出一下刀即可輕易切開的軟嫩狀態。

原本並沒有要點龍蝦,但是打從一進門就有一缸活龍蝦水族箱的誘惑,然後鄰桌也點龍蝦,最終還是敗了一隻。 雅室的龍蝦是加拿大龍蝦,重量約1.5磅。 龍蝦上桌時,會附上專用蝦叉、一張紙質圍兜兜,與一碗洗手水,設想的非常周到。

原本這次只是要來吃商務超值牛排午餐,沒想到後來手滑加點了加拿大龍蝦,荷包多瘦了一點,不過肚子表示完全不會後悔。 總結來說,雅室的餐點不錯,環境舒適,服務細心,用餐體驗令人愉悅。 下次會再來嚐嚐它們較高價位的牛排。
