大發快炒位於捷運石牌站,建議預先訂位,否則很容易就會和我們之前一樣-望著人龍徒興嘆。 一到店門口馬上看見印有啤酒的招牌,強烈的探照燈大辣辣的打在水藍色招牌上,給人了海產,酒,以及烈火的第一印象。 一樓的料理吧檯好似清晨的魚市場,擺放著許多新鮮的海產,吧檯後則是快炒師傅們工作的地方,只見師傅們在半開放式的料理空間,巧手取用各種素材,俐落的炒出了一道道美味料理。 料理過程看得到,享用起來也更加安心。

這一餐桌上精采,我們聊得也精采,可說是盡興的一次聚會。 總體來說,大發的菜都滿好吃的,沒什麼地雷,價格不貴,且環境也非常適合團體的聚餐,下次有機會還會再來。
