無油無慮低Gi弁當光復店是2019年開幕的便當店,主打低油、低GI的餐點。 由於開在光復路一段89巷新科國民運動中心對面,是健身後用餐的選擇之一。 店內位置不多,多數人都是外帶。註:
「GI值」(Glycemic Index)叫做「升糖指數」,指的是食物促進血糖上升的能力。 指數越低,消化越慢,較不容易餓,因而能降低頻繁攝食的機率。 不過,GI值和熱量沒有絕對關係,低GI的食物不代表是低熱量的食物。 烹調手法是影響熱量的一大關鍵。 詳情可參考行政院衛生署國民健康局網站。

無油無慮的主菜調味適中,不油、不重鹹,其中幾樣也有打中我的味蕾;青菜洗得滿乾淨,感覺的到店家的用心。 雖然說價格不便宜,但對長期外食族的我來說,能在生活圈中買到這種便當,是滿幸運的一件事。 希望他們能好好的經營下去。[本系列文章:竹科附近中高價位便當系列]
