爭鮮成立於1996年,主打一盤30元的迴轉壽司。 這個售價在我小時候是奢侈的享受,所以一直沒有隨意拿、吃到飽的體驗,這次決定來試一次。
我們來到的是台北林森店,位於晶華酒店旁的中山北路二段45巷裡。 餐廳外觀有著黑白鮮明的招牌;店內座位十分的多,除了一般的迴轉台座位之外,也有方桌。

菜單
爭鮮的用餐方式是直接拿迴轉台上的餐點;如果一直等不到想吃的,可直接和服務人員點餐。 餐點的定價是1盤NT$30,通常1道菜算1盤,少部分會算2盤;用餐後,服務人員會算盤子的數目並記錄在結帳單上,再拿結帳單去櫃台付款即可。▼菜單-除了菜單上的料理之外,還會有隨季節變動的料理。 目前菜單已改為線上菜單(掃QR code)。
