第一次吃築地鮮魚是在碩士班的時候,上班以後也常來報到,不過大多是吃炸豬排、烤鯖魚...等熟食料理。 這次決定試一下他們的生魚料理,點了500丼1份、燒霜牛肉丼1份、川燙透抽1份、杏鮑菇1份。
店裡的每份主餐都會附味噌湯與白飯,可續。

▼500丼-500丼一客500元,是澎拜的生魚片丼飯,內含干貝、海膽、牡丹蝦、鮪魚、鮭魚、旗魚、蝦卵、鮭魚卵、小卷、蟹肉棒...等食材。 海膽滋味濃郁、干貝軟嫩,是裡面最好吃的部分;其他的就普普通通了。 飯是白飯,微溫。

▼燒霜牛肉丼-燒霜牛肉丼是由炙燒牛肉片加上炒蛋、海苔、海帶芽、牛蒡,作為配菜。 牛肉片薄厚適中,乍吃之下,覺得牛油很香但牛汁味不夠,沾上了店家特調、酸甜清爽的牛肉醬後,整體滋味大加分。 炒蛋非常的軟滑,好吃!

總評:
築地鮮魚的500丼鮮度不如我預期,有點小失望;燒霜牛肉丼搭醬吃,我滿喜歡的。 希望這次的500丼只是個案,不然以後在築地鮮魚點餐可能會變得比較保守,只敢點常吃的那幾樣了。
