只記得這棟建築的一樓以前是金三角木瓜牛奶,卻不清楚原來不起眼的大樓裡,竟藏有一家高級鐵板燒餐廳。 來到所在地址,檢視大樓的玻璃帷幕,卻找不到顯眼的招牌,直到費力抬起了頭,才發現不是沒有招牌,而是位於屋頂上。 今天我來到了1983年的老店-上品鐵板燒。

到了12樓,迎面而來的金屬柱子以及潔淨紅毯,給人上品古典高雅的第一印象。 望出玻璃帷幕,台南市的街景盡收眼底,可惜當時是白天,晚上應該是更加的引人入勝,此時恍然大悟上品不將招牌設置在帷幕上的苦心。

▼特級龍蝦-龍蝦使用澳洲龍蝦。 個人欣賞上品的一點是:他們的料理不會添加過多調味料,因此能品嘗到食材本身的滋味。 只見師傅撒了些鹽、用了些水,不用過多步驟,龍蝦的鮮美就被提了出來。叉子刺入龍蝦肉的那一刻,馬上體會到其肉質的彈性。 一口入嘴咀嚼,龍蝦的甘美瞬間在口中流瀉展開,現在回想起來,其滋味仍難以忘懷。

主食用完後,服務生會引導客人至餐廳另一側的自助吧區。 自助吧區的壁畫、燈台、復古椅,以及一組鋼琴,將環境維持一貫的高雅。 雖然甜點種類不多,但想像著夏日的夜晚,邊聆聽鋼琴演奏,邊望著窗外夜景,此時手上一杯飲品啜飲,腦袋放空,生活偶爾就該如此愜意。

總評:
上品鐵板燒用餐環境以及風景視野極佳,食材的選用與料理也十分用心。 可惜服務生不太與客人互動,在現今講求與消費者互動的時代,其經營風格實在是令人有點擔心。 此外,價位偏貴,如不是團購很難吸引人。 儘管如此,我還是會找機會再度光顧,不過換成享用晚餐,一定會別有一番風味!
