原燒成立於西元2004年,是王品集團旗下的第4個品牌。 該品牌專攻燒烤料理,對燒肉片有3大堅持-堅持原味不醃漬、堅持每片厚度為4mm(釐米)、堅持燒烤溫度為攝氏260度;對於牛肉片的料理,他們推出了獨特的「三八烤法」-當肉汁達八分滿,翻面烤八秒後,此時熟度正好八分熟,最為美味(參考自原燒菜單)。 在進行每項食材的燒烤之前,服務人員都會進行烤法教學,避免顧客因不熟悉而無法品嘗到料理的美味之處。
上次至原燒用餐已經是5~6年前的事,此次適逢友人生日與中秋烤肉節,因此再度來訪。 我們來到的是新竹東門店,位於市區金石堂同棟2樓。

▼烤爐-原燒的烤爐週邊設有抽風裝置,因此不會有過多的油煙飄出。 溫度方面,照慣例服務人員會進行量測並秀給客人看,不過當日溫度計壞了無法量測,所以不知道是幾度。

我們加點了一份帝王蟹腳。 2015.09.30前,「原選海陸雙饗套餐」可以260元加點原價為400元的帝王蟹腳1份。
▼帝王蟹腳-帝王蟹腳實在是不知道怎麼烤,因此我們烤了15分鐘左右。 最後有些肉黏在殼上,而且乾乾鹹鹹的,沒想像中好吃。

總評:
原燒的服務品質與食材雖然沒什麼缺陷的地方,但可能是其它燒肉店太推陳出新的緣故,這次來原燒用餐的滿意度已不如上次。 希望他們能持續進步。
