「哲也」日本料理前身為「鼎極」日本料理,老闆夏師傅曾任大億麗緻日本料理主廚,後來自行開業。 看到店名有更改的當下,其實有點擔心會不會是那種改店名又出來賣的地雷店,不過,證實是多慮了。 實際問過老闆才知道,原來是怕和「鼎極麻辣鍋」產生混淆,於是去年將店名為夏師傅的日文名「哲也」。

餐廳以木製裝潢為主,輔以日式清酒罈、迷你將軍盔等擺飾,雖有亮晃晃的玻璃,但在內斂的黃光以及乳白、暗紅與褐色的堆砌之下,店內呈現的不是奔放的熱帶風,而是北海道寒冬暖舍的溫馨感。

總評:
哲也日本料理食材與料理方面,雖然不特別令人驚艷,但也不用擔心踩到什麼地雷。 環境舒適,有空的話夏老闆還會親自詢問口味是否有需改進之處,十分用心。 不過,價位方面實在是太高了,如果沒有團購優惠,實在是難以下手啊。
